WINTER CAMP SCHEDULE

Following our 1-Day, Callback and Video Auditions, we will host in-person “winter season” camps.

APRIL 26-28: Full Corps Camp (Brass, Perc, Guard)

WHERE: Indiana State Fairgrounds, Indianapolis, IN

TRANSPORTATION: Book flights into the Indianapolis International Airport ( IND). Please plan to book your flights to arrive by 4:00 PM on Friday, April 26 and to depart after 6:00 PM on Sunday, April 28.

The Blue Stars will provided shuttling to and from camp free of charge for brass members flying to the April Camp. Communicate your flight information in the April Camp RSVP Form (coming soon!).

HOUSING: Facilities/floor space are provided to sleep at camp location. Camp attendees should plan to bring a sleeping bag, air mattress/sleeping pad and pillow.

SCHEDULE: Check-In will take place from 6:00-8:00 PM on April 26 and the camp will conclude by 4:00 PM on Sunday, April 28.

Pre-Season Spring Training

The 2024 Pre-Season Spring Training dates and location will be officially announced later in the year, but we are targeting a start date of May 24, 2024 at Waldorf University in Forest City, Iowa.

If a member that is selected for a performance position is a high school student, they will be excused to attend school to finish classes and exams, although the student is expected to make every attempt to be released early. The Corps Director, Brad Harris, will help with this process. In addition, with more than 30 degreed teachers on staff, we are equipped to administer finals, etc. Each situation like this will be handled on an individual basis, based on proximity to the move-in location, and that individual member's ability.
