FULL DRUM CORPS CAMP: Color Guard Callbacks take place at the April Camp.
SCHEDULE: Check-In will take place from 6:00-8:00PM on Friday April 24 and the camp will conclude by 4:00 PM on Sunday April 26.
HOUSING: Facilities are provided at the fairgrounds for members to sleep. Attendees at the April Full Corps Camp in Indianapolis should bring a sleeping bag, air mattress, or other type of sleeping pad and pillow.
CAMP PACKING LIST
SHUTTLES: Transportation to and from the Indianapolis International Airport (IND) is provided. Shuttle requests are to be submitted via the April Camp RSVP (coming soon) to communicate the date/time of arrivals/departures .
When booking a flight, please aim to arrive by 5:00 PM EST on 4/24 and to depart after 6:00 PM EST on 4/26 to attend the full duration of camp. Depending on your schedule and flight costs, we understand this may not be an option, so please aim to arrive to IND as soon as possible on Friday, April 24, 2026.
Regardless of your arrival/departure times, shuttles will run all weekend to ensure all members requiring a shuttle arrive to and from camp safely.
EQUIPMENT: Full corps instrument and equipment inventory will be available for member use.

River City Rhapsody - La Crosse is back and better than ever in 2025! Join the fun in La Crosse on Sunday, July 6 for what will be a phenomenal night of drum corps, featuring performances by 8 amazing drum & bugle corps: the Bluecoats, Colts, Troopers, Madison Scouts, Crossmen, Colt Cadets, Governaires, and La Crosse’s own Blue Stars. Community Appreciation Performance
We look forward to the first public performance of the 2025 Blue Stars as we present a Community Appreciation Performance on Wednesday, June 25 at 6:00 PM at Waldorf University Bolstorff Field, Forest City, IA.

* We recognize you may not be able to find a flight that fits this timeframe exactly. We will still provide shuttle transportation throughout the weekend to facilitate individual travel needs.
