2025 Finals Week Information
The last week of the season is a busy one for the Blue Stars. The following information is for parents, alumni, and fans of the corps that will be in Indianapolis this week.
Corps Housing Location
INDY SportsZone

INDY Sport Zone is where the corps eats, sleeps, and has some rehearsals. Due to extremely limited parking and health protocols, all events at the SportsZone are closed until luggage pick up on Saturday (see info below). Individuals who have signed up to volunteer can go to the SportsZone, but be certain to park in designated areas.

Rehearsals at Northwestway Park and Pike High School will be open during championship week. The daily rehearsal schedule will be posted to the 2025 Season info page, but be aware it can change at any time.
If you plan to attend rehearsal at Northwestway Park, plan to bring a chair if you have one, as there are no bleachers or other seating options available.
If you plan to attend rehearsals at Pike High School on Tuesday or Wednesday evenings or Saturday morning, please be sure to park in a location that does not interfere with Blue Stars fleet vehicles.
Final Dismissal
Members will be dismissed from the parking lot at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, August 9 following the conclusion of retreat and check-in of all Blue Stars equipment. There are two departure options:
Depart the parking lot with a family member or on their own (if 18 or older)
Ride a Blue Stars bus to be dropped off at the Indianapolis airport for Sunday flights
It is recommended that parents pick up their member's luggage from the INDY SportZone on Saturday during Eat/Pack/Load. Please check the daily posted schedule on the Blue Stars’ social media accounts and the 2025 Season info page for specific time.
