Whether you are a parent, volunteer, or fan of the Blue Stars we understand the importance of knowing the details, dates, times, and locations of our daily events during the season.
We strive to keep our schedule as updated and accurate as possible, but please know that the following information is tentative and subject to change at any time. Rehearsals are free and open to the public unless otherwise communicated.

2026 BLUE STARS HOUSING AND REHEARSAL SCHEDULE

FINAL DISMISSAL
Members will be dismissed from the parking lot at Lucas Oil Stadium on Saturday, August 8 following the conclusion of retreat and check-in of all Blue Stars equipment. There are two departure options:
Depart the parking lot with a family member or on their own (if 18 or older)
Ride a Blue Stars bus to be dropped off at the Indianapolis airport for Sunday flights
Members will need to plan to stay in the lot for final loading of gear & equipment, receipt of their season patches and certificates from DCI, and a final farewell of the season.
It is recommended that parents pick up their member's luggage from the INDY SportZone on Saturday during Eat/Pack/Load. Please check the daily posted schedule on the Blue Stars’ social media accounts and this page for specific time.

Flights home at the conclusion of the season should be booked for anytime on Sunday, August 9th or later. Individual plans may necessitate a later flight.

2026 MAIL DELIVERY DATES AND ADDRESSES
Mail delivery is available to all Blue Stars members, volunteers, and staff throughout the season. Please reference the schedule below to ensure you send your letter or package to the correct address in the correct timeframe.
If sending a package, please consider the size of the item and the high volume of mail we receive. We do our very best to deliver packages and letters in a timely manner. If the mail does not arrive by the dates specified below, we will attempt to have it forwarded to the next stop, but that is not always guaranteed.

We recommend using the USPS, but we should be able to receive deliveries from most commercial shipping services.
