We are seeking dedicated and dynamic individuals interested in joining our team committed to supporting the mission of providing a positive and life-changing drum corps experience for the Blue Stars membership.
These positions are an excellent opportunity to gain experience in the marching arts, contribute to the behind the scenes operations of, and learn the unique skills necessary to facilitate and produce a World Class drum & bugle corps.

The Blue Stars Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and positive individuals to join our summer administrative team.
Various roles available include managing Tour Finances, Production Team, Lead Vehicle Team, and Internships are available.
Successful candidates preferably have significant availability from ~May 29 to August 8, 2026.
Strong preference will be made to individuals with a willingness to learn and collaborate well with a diverse team. Some projects might involve lifting items and using hand tools.
The Blue Stars Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. is seeking A1 and A2 Audio Engineers for the 2026 DCI Season.
Candidates who have a passion for the performing arts and experience with live mixing, audio systems integration, sound design, and/ or production are encouraged to apply.
Ideal candidates have significant availability ~May 29 to August 8, 2026.
The Blue Stars Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. is seeking dedicated and professional staff to join our Medical Team for the 2026 season.
Successful candidates preferably have experience with the marching arts and significant availability from ~May 29 to August 8, 2026.
The Blue Stars Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. is seeking Class-A CDL Drivers for the 2026 summer season to facilitate the safe transportation of the corps fleet and equipment.
Successful candidates must have availability from approximately June 21 to August 11, 2026.
