The Blue Stars, Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. has been awarded a Cultural Organization Grant! Thank You Governor Evers for supporting cultural organizations all across Wisconsin!

While the Blue Stars were not able to bring the joy of music and the marching arts to the La Crosse area this summer, we were able to contribute to our community through service and kindness.

The Blue Stars are excited to introduce OPUS, a series of professional development courses for current or aspiring music and visual educators taught by world class teachers from The Blue Stars!

On June 6, 2020, the Board of Directors for Blue Stars, Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. approved two changes to the organization’s by-laws.
