David Nekula
A2 Audio Engineer
David Nekula aged out with the Blue Stars in 2022, but his first drum corps experience was as a member of Jersey Surf in 2018. Ever since then he has been active in the art as a fan, educator, and audio engineer. David has served as a music and visual tech, as well as audio technician, at his former high school since graduating in 2019. In 2023 he was an A3 at the Cadets, and later that year joined the audio team at George Mason University indoor percussion.
As a recent graduate of the University of Maryland: Baltimore County with a B.A. in Music Technology, David specializes in music and video production. Additionally, he has been a practicing musician for over a decade and trumpet player for 5 years.
David currently lives in Annapolis, MD with his family.
