Choose from one of our January Callback Camp experiences. Brass, battery, and front ensemble participants may attend either the multi-day event in Indiana, or choose to attend single day events in Texas or California. You only need to attend one of the events, so please select the camp that best fits with your schedule or region.
Callback and Winter Camps
We are looking forward to continuing the process of assembling the 2025 Blue Stars in a series of winter camps to finalize the corps membership and to prepare for the 2025 season.
Whether you are a contracted member of the corps, received a callback, are interested in continuing the audition process, or you are a new auditionee, we welcome you to complete the January Camp RSVP and make plans to attend a 2025 January Camp:
*Please note: Contracted members MUST complete the RSVP, but DO NOT pay camp fees. You should instead be following the dues payment schedule. Even though these camps are referred to as “Callback Camps,” contracted members are expected to attend.
The Color Guard Callback Camp takes place at the April Full Corps Camp in Indianapolis, IN from April 25-27, 2025.

TRANSPORTATION: If flying in and out of the Indianapolis International Airport (IND), please schedule your flights to arrive before 5:00 PM on Friday, January 10th and to depart after 6PM on Sunday, January 12th, if at all possible. We will still provide shuttle transportation if you cannot travel at those times, but following these guidelines will enable attendees to be present for the full camp experience. Shuttle vans will run throughout the weekend for pickup & drop-offs. Communicate your transportation needs via the January Camp RSVP above.
HOUSING: Facilities are provided and attendees at the Indiana Camp should bring a sleeping bag, air mattress, or other type of sleeping pad and pillow.
WHAT TO BRING: CAMP PACKING LIST
SCHEDULE: Check-In will take place from 6:00-8:00PM on Friday 1/10 and the camp will conclude by 4:00 PM on Sunday 1/12.
EQUIPMENT: Instruments are provided, but we encourage brass attendees to bring their horn to ensure we have the inventory for all attendees.
