While the Blue Stars were not able to bring the joy of music and the marching arts to the La Crosse area this summer, we were able to contribute to our community through service and kindness.

On June 6, 2020, the Board of Directors for Blue Stars, Performing Arts for Youth, Inc. approved two changes to the organization’s by-laws.

DCI and its member corps have made the difficult decision to suspend the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. While there are still several months before a proposed shortened season would begin, there is simply too much uncertainty regarding the virus and its effect on the population. The safety of our members, staff, and volunteers comes before all else.
