Luis Garcia
Tenor Instructor
Luis Garcia has performed with Golden Empire, Bakersfield College, Pacific Crest, POW, and Pulse. He has taught with schools in the Bakersfield area and most recently was on staff with SCVC for the 2022 season.
He is currently on staff with POW percussion for the 2023 season and is currently pursuing his Bachelor's degree in Mechanical engineering at California State University of Fullerton.
This is Luis's second season working with the Blue Stars.
