Rica Kagawa
A2 Audio Engineer
Rica has marched with Golden Empire Drum and Bugle Corps (2021-2022), Bakersfield College (2022), and POW percussion (2023).
They are currently pursuing their master’s degree in Fine Arts at California Institute of the Arts, where they are focusing on queer topics and implementing sound into their artist practice.
This will be Rica’s first year with the Blue Stars.
